Terms and Conditions – LEDOLINK CUP

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the LEDOLINK CUP competition website (https://ledolinkcup.lt) and participation in the LEDOLINK CUP competition. By registering for the competition, whether via the website or by email, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not register or participate.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration can be made via the registration form on our website or by sending an email to info@ledolinkcup.lt.
Your registration will only be confirmed, and your place reserved, after full payment of the entry fee is received.

Payments can be made via:

• Credit/debit card using the Stripe payment system; or

• Bank transfer to the account specified in the confirmation email.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an official confirmation of participation.

3. Cancellation, Refunds, and Transfers

All competition registrations are non-refundable.
If you are unable to participate, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant by notifying the organizer in writing (email) no later than 7 calendar days before the competition start date.

No name changes will be accepted after this deadline.

4. Competition Rules and Compliance

By registering, you agree to abide by all LEDOLINK CUP rules, regulations, schedules, and the instructions of the event officials. Failure to comply may result in disqualification without refund.

5. Force Majeure & Event Changes

In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, technical issues with the venue or other events beyond the organizer’s control), LEDOLINK CUP reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative dates or participation options.

6. Limitation of Liability

Participation in figure skating competitions involves inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury.
By registering, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and that you accept full responsibility for your safety.
LEDOLINK CUP event staff, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or expenses incurred during or in connection with the event, except in cases where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Media and Image Rights

By participating, you consent to the use of your name and performance in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes by LEDOLINK CUP without compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify the organizer in writing before the event.

8. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
We collect and use your data only to manage your registration, communicate important event details, and comply with legal obligations.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes arising from participation in LEDOLINK CUP will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lithuanian courts.
